You, Executor/Agent, will remain a self-employed independent contractor in his or her relationship with Allure Studio. Allure Studio is not responsible for retention of taxes in respect of commissions earned by Executors/Agents. Executors have no claims in regards to vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, social security, workers’ compensations, sickness or disability allowance, unemployment benefits or any other employees’ allowances as you are not classified as an Allure Studio employee.

Allure Studio reserves the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice to our models.

If you want to apply for our service, you may be asked to provide certain information related to your account, including, but not limited to, your full name, address, birthdate, telephone number, email address and a password. You, Executor/Agent, reached 18 years of age at the time of applying to Allure Studio. THIS IS THE MINIMUM LEGAL AGE TO USE OUR SERVICES. By registering an account with Allure Studio, you, the executor/agent, automatically consent to us using your personal information with our third party companies (Allure Alliance) and for our own use. (See our Privacy Policy for details) You, as an executor, MUST comply with all network broadcasting rules when broadcasting on a network provided by (Allure Alliance). If you do not comply with the network rules, your account may be deleted from the network without prior notice directly from Allure Alliance.

We may immediately terminate or suspend your access to the Service without prior notice or liability for any reason, including, but not limited to, your violation of the Terms. All provisions of Terms which should by their nature survive termination will survive termination including, but not limited to the provisions relating to the proprietary rights, disclaimer of warranties, indemnities and limitations of liability.

Allure Studio does not store on our secure servers any other content, except for data about your application, as mentioned above.
