19. We can determine on a case-by-case basis that individual access to personal information is not required to the extent that is legal for Allure Studio. If such a decision is made, Allure Studio will send you a written notification.

20. If you search for the information stored in electronic file or when you search for paper copies of personal information we reserve the right to charge reasonable processing/mailing fee, if necessary.

21. With some personal information which may be stored, for instance, when it is stored on program tapes, it is not reasonable to provide you with this information not charging corresponding fee, which we consider to be reasonable under these circumstances.

22. CHANGING AND DELETING INFORMATION ABOUT YOU. Information in the database may be changed or your preferences for contacting us may be changed, by contacting Allure Studio via contact details in this Privacy Policy. Please allow 30 days for this request to be processed.

23. In the same manner, the request to delete personal information may be made, and all reasonable steps will be taken for deleting data, except when necessary for legal purposes. Deleting data may lead to us not being able to alleviate or provide you with ours.
